Kansas Statehouse, Topeka

The Greater Topeka Chamber’s achievements at the State Capitol can be attributed significantly to our adept engagement with state and local leaders. The creation of the Chamber Political Action Committee (Greater Topeka Chamber PAC) stems from our recognition that our ability to elect candidates who prioritize business needs is stronger when we unite. The outcomes of elections directly impact our business community and shape the course of our economy.

The PAC board directors meticulously assess and determine endorsements and financial contributions to deserving candidates. As a bipartisan political action committee, endorsements are made based on various factors, including candidate interviews, community engagement, civic service, and more. Their primary goal is to support champions who comprehend that our success is a result of the hard work, creativity, and enterprise of the individuals within our business community, irrespective of their political affiliations.
