Opening Retreat
A two-day immersive experience that launches the cohort into adaptive leadership, relationship building, and community exploration.
Monthly Sessions
Full-day sessions focused on topics such as:
- Economic development
- Education
- Government and policy
- Public safety
- Health and human services
- Arts and culture
- Equity and inclusion
Graduation & Alumni Network
A celebration and entry into a powerful alumni community shaping Topeka's future.
