Each year, the Leadership Greater Topeka Graduation & Gala celebrates our newest graduates and honors alumni who have made lasting contributions to our community. Founded in 1984, Leadership Greater Topeka (LGT) has empowered over 1,200 leaders to take action and create positive change in Topeka and Shawnee County.
