
The Greater Topeka Chamber Political Action Committee (PAC) today announced its endorsements for the upcoming Topeka city general elections, supporting candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, a commitment to economic growth, and a vision for a thriving Topeka.
The Chamber PAC is proud to endorse the following candidates:
Spencer Duncan – Mayor of Topeka
Karen Hiller – City Council, District 1
Daisy Karimi – City Council, District 3
Earl McIntosh – City Council, District 7
Michelle Hoferer – City Council, District 9

The Greater Topeka Chamber PAC carefully considered candidate records, policy positions, and vision for Topeka before making its endorsements. By supporting this slate of candidates, the PAC seeks to advance policies that promote growth, investment, and opportunity across the community.
The 2025 general election for Topeka will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The Chamber PAC encourages all eligible voters to participate and make their voices heard.

The Topeka Chamber PAC is affiliated with the Greater Topeka Chamber of Commerce but is distinct from it. No staff member of the Greater Topeka Partnership serves on the PAC and no more than two members of the Chamber Board of Directors are permitted to serve simultaneously on the PAC. No board member of any of the other organizations which make up the Greater Topeka Partnership serves on the PAC.
