Our Mission & Vision
At LGT, we’re here to challenge and inspire leaders through adaptive leadership training, interactive experiences, and hands-on projects. Our goal? To equip you with the skills to transform and strengthen Topeka and Shawnee County.
Imagine a community where everyone uses adaptive leadership to boost the quality of life for all. That’s what we’re aiming for!
Our Commitment to Equity
We’re all in for equity! LGT is dedicated to building leadership capacity that embraces diversity, belonging, and inclusion for everyone.
Who We Are
Welcome to Leadership Greater Topeka! We’re all about bringing together both acknowledged and aspiring leaders from every corner of our amazing community. Since 1984, we’ve been helping people like you step up, lead, and make a real impact. With over 1,000 alumni (and counting!), we’re proud to have so many leaders still rocking it right here in Topeka.
How It Works
