First Lady of Mariachi Yolanda Del Rio, Mariachi Los Caporales, and El Charro de Oro Sebastien de la Cruz will perform at Topeka Performing Arts Center for a special Mother’s Day Show. Funds raised go towards the Mariachi Divina Statue.

May 16: Wednesday Noontime Brownbag Concerts 

Enjoy live music during the lunch hour at the Westar Pocket park in Downtown Topeka on Wednesdays starting May 16th.

 
First Friday Artwalk in Downtown Topeka: May 4

This month’s FFAW was a Downtown Salsa Walk. Patrons started their visit at 1 of 18 participating merchants to pick up a flyer and enjoy homemade salsas. Walkers also enjoyed music from different bands throughout downtown.

 99.3 The Eagle’s Cruise Night Car Show: May 5

facebook post from agle 99.3 radio cruise nightNorth East Kansas’ favorite classic car show was a blast this weekend! This free event featured live entertainment, lots of food and drinks, vendors, laser tag, cosplayers

and art on display.

The weather was great and the cars were even better as hundreds of car and truck enthusiasts lined the streets of downtown Topeka. About 40,000 people were in attendance.
